Balcones is a distillery located in Texas, U.S.A., and was the first to produce whisky in the state of Texas since the prohibition. The Baby Blue Corn is created from blue corn and the whiskey is not aged for long, hence the name “Baby Blue”. The particularity of this spirit lies in the choice of the variety of corn, which has a greater number of oils present in the raw material.
