Tasting Notes DEL MAGUEY CHICHICAPA

Nose: particularly “concentrated”. Intense notes of vegetable oil and green tobacco leaves immediately emerge. There is also a smoky hint, with a touch of pineapple.

Palate: it is salty, with a touch of citrus that recalls the lime. Notes of avocado and then vegetable oil and smoked aromas, which are now followed by leather and sugary nuances. There is also a vein that recalls diesel fuel, which does not blend wll with the remaining flavor profile.

Finish: long. Pepper and limes.

Del Maguey Chichicapa is a discreet mezcal, which presents an intense profile, but does not boast a good balance.
